All requests requiring graphic design, photography, or video production must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance to allow adequate time for planning, development, production, and review.

Submission of this form does not guarantee inclusion in ATV or other churchwide communication platforms. The Media Team reserves the right to edit content for clarity and length and determine the appropriate platform, timing, and frequency for each announcement.

Please note that the Media Ministry reserves the right to redesign, modify, or develop new graphics as needed to ensure consistency with Antioch’s branding and communication standards.
